Invoices are sent via email on Monday for the prior week's billings.
Open invoices can be paid online through your Lightning Source account. When you log into your account, click on "Account" and then "Pay Open Invoices."
For online payments, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover in the US. In the UK and AU, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
You can remove a credit card from your account by clicking on "Account" and then "Credit/Debit Cards."
If the address associated with your credit card has changed, re-enter the credit card information as a new card during the order process and the new information will override the old card details.
If further assistance is needed regarding payments to your account, please contact your LS finance representative. You can locate the name of your finance representative once you log in to the website, at the bottom of the “Account” page.
