Who at Lightning Source should I contact?
For day-to-day questions about issues such as title setups, changes to titles, and order submissions contact your Lightning Source client service representative.
For questions about invoice payments or short-run order payments contact your Lightning Source finance representative.
For questions regarding pricing, contracts, or Lightning Source services contact your Lightning source Sales Representative. Your sales rep can:
- Explain LS products and services and answer all questions regarding Lightning Source UK and AU
- Estimate costs, including title set up, proof, and print runs for all product types
- Manage offset inquiries and estimates, including coordinating the processing of the order with the Offset Group
- Assist with completing and adding all documents for Lightning Source service offerings (direct/short-run accounts, wholesale and global distribution, etc)
- Present pricing and process questions regarding all Lightning Source promotions or special/large orders
