Why Did My Order Not Print?

Below are reasons why an order will not print:

• If your title does not show a status of “Available for Printing/Download” on your Dashboard or on the All Titles page where all of your titles are listed, an order will not print.
• If your files are in the review process or if your eproof has not been approved, an order will not print.
