You can now submit updates to a book's list price, discount and/or returns option, through your IngramSpark account no later than 11:59 PM US Central Time each Thursday, to have it applied in the Lightning Source system the next day, Friday at 12:01 AM US Central Time. The updates are then sent out to all of Ingram’s global distribution network.

NOTE: Due to Daylight Savings time changes happening at different times throughout the world, please always check the time for Nashville, TN, to ensure you don’t miss the cut-off time of 11:59 PM US Central Time each Thursday.
To request any of these changes:
- Log in to your account at www.lightningsource.com
-Click on 'Titles'
- You can either click on 'Start Search' to bring up all titles or enter a specific ISBN
Select the title that you want to submit a change for, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue square/pen beside Market Pricing.
You will be asked to select an effective date in which you want this change to begin. You can then change and amend the pricing or add new pricing for any territories available to you. If you accepted the Global Connect Agreement you can also add and change pricing for our Global Connect Partners.
If you need to edit a previously submitted price change within five days of the effective date, you will need to select a new effective date from the list provided.
If you need to remove a market, please contact your Client Services Representative or the support team for assistance.
If the list price is printed on the cover (or in the barcode), you will need to submit a revised cover file that reflects the new price, in addition to submitting the price change.
