Corrupt Interior/Cover File

Interior/Cover file submitted is corrupt and cannot be processed. Please review the original file and resubmit. "Corrupt PDF File" appears in the workflow tracking when the system detects a corrupt file. It also appears when a file has a special character, such as an ampersand (&) in the interior file name.

Corrupt files are usually the result of a bad font or image. The corruption rarely appears in the original document. It may appear in the PDF or when the PDF is sent to the printer. In some cases, the corruption may not have trouble printing, but will appear visually odd in the printed book.
